Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged. If you experience any issues with your order, please get in touch with us.
Production Time
Production time typically ranges from 7 to 14 business days. Custom items might need an extra 3-5 business days for design and approval. Thank you for your patience—Aileen & Co. is a one-woman operation managing everything while raising three children at home.
Shipping Time
Shipping usually takes between 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location and shipment timing. We aim to dispatch your order as promptly as possible.
Can I Collect My Order In Person
We now provide a pickup option at checkout. Please note, this does not reduce production time; you can pick up your order in person if you'd rather avoid waiting for shipping.
